I do not think many will look past 2 speeding tickets. Some will let one slide. All you can do is send out applications. Until the tickets are over 3 years old they will haunt you. Companies take speeding seriously
Where are you located?
I know a North Carolina co that would prob hire, but have to be 3 hr from there
What is the name of the company, I'll check them out and see what they're about?thank you.

Are you looking to go through Private Truck Driving School or a Company-Sponsored Training Program?

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
A Company-Sponsored Training Program is a school that is owned and operated by a trucking company.
The schooling often requires little or no money up front. Instead of paying up-front tuition you will sign an agreement to work for the company for a specified amount of time after graduation, usually around a year, at a slightly lower rate of pay in order to pay for the training.
If you choose to quit working for the company before your year is up, they will normally require you to pay back a prorated amount of money for the schooling. The amount you pay back will be comparable to what you would have paid if you went to an independently owned school.
Company-sponsored training can be an excellent way to get your career underway if you can't afford the tuition up front for private schooling.

Hi I am former military heavy wheel operator (AR88M), was discharged in '07 honorably, but have had a few speeding tickets since, but have put off transitioning my MOS experience due to the fear that trucking companies would not hire or train me due to my driving record. After being turned down for training in 2012 I have made every effort to improve my record but still fear rejection. I am confident in my trucking skills as I had acquired over 700,000 miles with no accidents/incidents while on active duty, and I miss the road passionately. Does anyone know of any schools or companies that will train drivers with points on their record?
Thanks, Phil J.
