When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

In 2011 i received a felony charge first offenders if anybody knows what that means i recently took my cdl written exam and passed i applied to driver solutions they wouldnt take me in their program does anybody have any suggestions to whom i should apply i made a dumb mistake no excuses but i am trying to get my life right about to turn 31 this month and all i want is a chance to prove myself any suggestiins will help thanks in advance
I can speak a bit about this from also having a criminal history. CR England accepted me, and May Trucking did. I've called around all over and haven't found anyone else. I'm sure there are other companies, these are the two that I've found though. Carolina Cargo will take anyone, any charge (at least, I haven't seen someone online say they turned them away). Though there pay is rather low, but they will put you to work. The only one of these that I've listed that has a program is CRE. Doesn't hurt to give them a call.

Apply to as many companies as possible. If you have no luck with the major carriers, try smaller companies that may be willing to give you a chance.
