Hello first post here, i obtained my cdl through henderson's training program in November of 2015. I left my trainers truck due to a family emergency that now has been finally resolved. I know i signed the contract stating that i work for a period of time to repay the debt, but whenever i call to ask about payment arrangements or coming back to work for them, they give me the run around and never call me back, I know this is my fault and iam owning up to it,but where do i go from here i know i definitely need training so which companies would possibly give me a chance with me being under contract. Thank you for any and all help.

  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

Are you asking to get back into the original company's program? That should solve a lot of problems.

Many other companies won't touch you because you are incomplete in the first company's school. Who do you owe tuition to?

Ask for a billing supervisor. Depending on your contract it might be better for them to make arrangements with you. If they sell the account to a collection company they will get less than. The amount..... at prime our contracts say our next employer czn deduct 70 per week for prime. But that means u need a job. If you don't have one they aren't getting paid.

Try talking to a supervisor in the department you drove. I drive reefer so I would go to a couple guys I know who are division heads.

I'd try to get that job back. Everyone has family issues at one point.

Reefer:

A refrigerated trailer.
