When is considered your 1 year anniversary with your company? Would it it be from the date that your company considered you hired or would it be from when you first started driving solo? In the eyes of another company when you try to leave which would they consider?

My response would be 1 year from your 1st day SOLO give or take. Are you thinking of leaving Swift? If so why?

I was just curious as to know lol. I didn't want to think I made a year when in reality I really hadn't. No I'm enjoying myself no plans to leave.

I would think a company would use the date shown when you log in to your Swift portal/dashboard.

Nope.. u log in with your permit which does not count as employment. Prime told me it is from my date of hire. Some people never go solo they go teams. They do uograde.. but as far as prime is concerned it's date of hire. I got hired Oct 30th... went solo feb 14th my one year is still Oct 30th
