I've been training for a while it seems but it would be nice to have loads that allowed time to do it a lot better. The money part isn't a big deal as it's not a whole lot more considering I could probably jump companies and make the same or better cpm but maybe have less miles for a few months or so till I prove myself and if I'm being honest learn to be a "solo" driver.
I've never really been a job hopper. And I'm not to sure how long I would be out of the truck or teaming with a trainer before being turned loose at whatever the next company would be.

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
OOS:
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
