Jon, I've been through a bunch of these physicals and I have never noticed any sort of a pattern of order. It varies from one physician to another. They will usually take your urine whenever you can give it, but with the other items they just do them according to their own convenience.
My latest physical went something like this:
Measurements of Height and Weight
Vision Test
Blood Pressure
Physical exam including hernia examination
Hearing Test
Answering questions about previous medical issues

I am going tomorrow morning to an Urgent Care to take a DOT Physical Exam. I understand what it consists of... But does anyone on this forum know in what order it is done when you arrive there? Urine Analysis, physical, hearing, vision, etc?? Hope someone has an answer. Thanks in advance.
DOT:
Department Of Transportation
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
