You're welcome!

Also would like to know if there is training pay? How much? When do you stat getting paid?

Let's see if I can answer that without confusing you.. During the schooling part, no, you're not paid. (10-17 days , if all goes well). A student would want to take some funds to get by on. Once a student is officially hired, they begin getting $25/day (after the third day), if they have to wait at the school for a trainer. Once picked up, the student then receives phase1 pay as stated previously. The $25/day will go on the students first paycheck. However, once hired, the student can take a $50 advance every three days while waiting for a trainer, and $100/wk once on the training truck. All advances taken before the first pay will be deducted from the first pay, so the student wants to use them VERY judiciously. The first pay can be expected the second Tuesday following getting on a truck. After that, pay is weekly.

Hope that's not too confusing. Will see what I can do about transferring this to a blog or CRE diary and expanding on it.
