Like how do you deal with something like this under your driving record? I mean I've gotten much better at the job than I was back in the past but now if I try to get on with another company that has an better offer this is the main thing they'll look at.

Keep in mind most companies have a three strike rule.

The only reasonable choice you have is stick it out for at least another year to prove you can drive accident free for a full 12 months. Or work for a Mom & Pop that isn't as concerned with that, but likely you will not have a better deal there.

Be safe.

Got nothing to lose with the first suggestion I guess.

I agree with that. If your Company stuck with you through three preventables, I think it would be a very nice "Thank You Card" to stick it out with them for another year. I don't want to say you owe them, but...........maybe you do?

Yeah, my FM is nice as well.

I just hate now that I look back at the accidents I caused now and realized there were so many things I could've did to prevent it. After the trip to NY and NJ it bolstered my confidence.

Fm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

That's actually a good thing, you saying that. If you had no clue how they happened, that would be cause for concern.

You learned from your mistakes and you still have your job. That's not a bad outcome...really it's not.
