If i recall prime allows one after training
There's a list on here of companies that allow pets. Maybe someone can post the link for you. My company allows small dogs but we don't do western 11.
Yeah I've seen the list and then am trying to cross reference that list with paid training school/companies and it's not working out too well for me. it seems like the only companies that are near me hate dogs. I don't mind going to school out of state might as well get use to it it would just be easier to find one in socal that's also dog friendly.
Prime will.Allow one pet of less than 30 pounds once.you go solo. You need to put up a $1000 pet fee....which they will take in $300 your first payment and $50 per week there after.

the title says it all. I'm looking for a company that's pet friendly and will pay for training. I live in San Diego, CA and have a lil 10 pound Chihuahua. this is my only issue I have that's preventing me from changing careers and get into trucking. I understand that it's not allowed during training anywhere and that's OK I can get a sitter for school time but like if I went to csrt they don't allow dogs and they have a 10 month contract I can't find a sitter for 10 months lol. I need a company that once I'm on my own after all the training is completed that I would be allowed to have my dog ride along with me in my new life as a OTR trucker
OTR:
Over The Road
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
