Like I mentioned previously. The synthroid isn't going to be an issue - have your physician document it.

The Zoloft may be an issue. Technically - being on it is "supposed to" limit you to a 1 year DOT Med Card, from what I'm reading here from a DOT Medical Examiner: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/preparing-your-dot-medical-exam-dr-michael-tigges

Keep in mind - whether to accept a particular med, that is not on the FMCSA "No Fly List" - is still at the SOLE DISCRETION OF THE MEDICAL EXAMINER doing your physical. Since the COMPANY sends you to THEIR DOCTOR (not a company employee - but you get the drift), the COMPANY DETERMINES what they're OK with as far as meds - EVEN WITH A DOCTORS LETTER from you're prescribing physician.

So it may be worth doing the EXTRA FOOTWORK of calling the company in question and asking how to get in touch with their DOT Med Clinic - so you can ask them if your meds are OK (specifically, the Zoloft). The RECRUITER/COMPANY is not likely to tell you - due to the Celadon Lawsuit I linked to above - but they CLINIC PROBABLY WILL.

If you need to get off the Zoloft - they are going to want you to be off it for 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU COME IN.
