Have you looked at Western Express based out of Nashville. They are known to be a "second chance" company. They have dry van and flatbed both.
Glad to hear you received some mercy on the ticket. Hope you find something soon! You'll do fine on the permit test if you've been studying.

Hello to all. Well, went to court yesterday and ticket was dropped to unsafe driving. No points. No one was hurt, thankfully. I'll be going for my CDL permit this coming Monday. That High Road Training is extremely helpful. Maverick and CR England have both given me a call, dunno yet which I will choose. Whoever gives me the opportunity to get into trucking, I'm taking it. I must protect my licence better, and I will. My journey continues.

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
