Hard telling for sure but it looks like the bottom of that leg may have come loose from the pallet and the wrap pulled it to the left while the weight of the load shifted the upper part to the right.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

I see now, yeah that makes sense and then all the plastic containers squashed each other pushing the pots out.
Was thinking maybe it was just dropped hard, although i guess if the left came loose the top shelf weight pushing down cause it to become bent.

I think it looks like something pushed against it got the leg to bend like that and then flatten against the pallet
I'm thinking the forklift driver who put that on your truck has a good idea how that happened. Did you watch them load it, or was it a preload?

I'm thinking you might be correct.
Fork driver was my thoughts
Ayep, 99% chance that was mangled by the fork truck driver, either during staging or loading. 1% chance it was mangled by the other fork truck driver during unloading. I've pulled similar loads, and watched how the guys shove and jostle the racks into the trailer. They're not exactly what you'd call gentle or delicate about it.

I forgot company policy for claims and ended up leaving shipper , but they had no parking and a TA was a mile away so I figured no big deal.
Anyhow I can't figure out how this would have had happened
