Take screenshot of Google Earth image, it saves to Photo Gallery and then I add to a post as attachment, right?

But how do I draw the lines and signs on the image that says "this is the door" and "there was a car parked here"?

That you would have to do with a photo editing program of some sort. There are free ones out there. Your choices will depend on which operating system you're on. You would have to take the photo, add those notes in the photo editor, and then send in the photo.
