Care to elaborate on this mysterious company that you owe money to? Everyone has their preferences, but typically a larger company will have more resources and newer equipment. Also there are large companies that pay that much and more. Not that .48 is bad or anything.

I noticed in on of the discussions about new drivers and work ethics. I believe it was one of the moderators that said they preferred a larger company over a smaller one because of the equipment provided is newer and consiquently in better shape. I've worked for both and at "this time" I prefer the smaller bcs they actually are paying better. Cpm = .48 (is performances based of course) and the average mileage in 2800 per wk. The 1st company I worked for is large and now trying to sue me for $6000 for 12 days of driver training whĂȘn I had already had paid out of pocket for getting the CDL through C1 training school. I'm driving a 2014 model Pete at th moment and hasn't let me down just yet. They Lao allow you to use your judgement in your routes and where you fill up with fuel. I'm only a 2 year Driver coming out of the oilfield but so far I've been ith this smaller company for a little over a year now.
