I told my wife, when I got home from DMV , that the easy part is over, now the real work begins. You, and the others on this site, have taught me so much. Even in my moments of being difficult, and sometimes antagonistic, you were patient with me. I will always remain thankful for that.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

DMV:

Department of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Motor Vehicles

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.

NO LONGER MEMPHIS BOUND

Due to an influx of new students, Swift "re-opened" their slots at the C1 academy in Indianapolis, IN, for students living in the North East.

So I will be heading there instead. This saddens me somewhat, as I was looking forward to meeting Errol.

My wife, is happy, because she already coordinated a visit to some friends who live in the area, on what will be my 2nd weekend there.

Either way, I am looking forward to this new career, and lifestyle.
