Hey congrats man! That's fantastic. A huge accomplishment for anyone. I consider reaching that one year mark as earning your stripes in this industry. If you can make it through a year then you clearly have what it takes to do this job. Of course we already knew that about you, but that applies to everyone. Survive one year on the road and you'll earn a lot of respect from your peers and you'll have a lot to be proud of, no doubt about it.
