Amen, Bro!! This needs to be pasted over the entry door to every tucking school, and most company driver lounges!
I have a note taped to my dash that says: "attitude is part of the pretrip". Once you start getting a bad attitude you are giving up control of the situation. This creates a safety issue.

It has been one of those weeks where I have had to fight some issue with every single one of my loads. I am picking up my third late load in a row. It hasn't been my fault, but it still annoys me. I know there is a good chance Im going to be dealing with a frustrated customer.
Key is to stay respectful, polite, and calm. These weeks happen. Welcome to trucking. Sometimes you will do everything correct and still end up with a "failed" load. Getting an attitude just makes it worse. Also, don't bad mouth your company to the customer. You never know who is going to be making the decision on the next contract.
