Brett, excellent article. Too good, in fact; you've put me out of business, man! Now, anytime anyone has a question about tankers, the only appropriate response will be, "here, read this."

I've got some comments based on personal experiences to add, and I'm not sure if you could edit them into your article or just let me share them as necessary, but I'll post them in this thread in a day or two, after I've had a chance to gather my thoughts. You know, and I should've contributed this to the thread about trucking expectations, 10 hours never seems to be enough.
