Truth...call recruiting. when i started they did a drive test and teamed for a week to do prime procedures. others have since told me they dont team them but do the training with videos.

Steaks, the rookie team driving experience you're thinking of is for new drivers where the ink isn't dry on their CDL license.
If you can prove that you've been driving OTR for some minimum time (easy to prove), no company will waste your or their time putting you with another driver.

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
