I Was Told I Was Unsuscribed! What Happened.

I went to get on trucking truth.com online from my computer, and then it tells me that I have been unsubscribed. How do I get into my profile from my computer? Kind of strange cuz I've never had a problem like this before. Thanks for all the help.

I'm not sure what you mean. The only subscription we have is our email list and you're still on it. You're able to leave messages in the forum so you're still signed up and logged in so I'm not sure what you're referring to.

I finally figured out how to sign in lol. I must have stayed off of the computers way to long of getting on here and literally forgot how to login. My bad. Just have to get acquainted with it again.

Got another question. Is there a problem with the email links that when I get an email that one of you have replied or commented on a topic? Everytime I go to the link in the email and I get a message coming across as this " You have been unsubscribed." I don't understand what they mean cause like I said I found how to log in and did and had no problem but as soon as I went to follow the link into the topic where one of you commented it gave me that message.

Are you sure it says "unsubscribed" and not "You are not logged in."

If you're logged out and I recognize you there will be a message that shows at the top of the page that asks you if you would like to log back in.

True but I logged in and then went to my email and then clicked on the link to lead me to the conversation/topic and I couldn't see it because it kept telling me I was unsubscribed. No lie. Just before I asked the question I tried it, and it didn't work.
