Have a interview in few days would like some info if there's any one here is or has worked for them. Culture, pay etc. Been looking on internet and not much info besides negative reviews.
BMI:
Body mass index (BMI)
BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:
- Underestimate body fat for older adults or other people with low muscle mass
- Overestimate body fat for people who are very muscular and physically fit
It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
I recall you wanting a job that was local and physical. If I'm not mistaken UNFI delivers to grocery stores that you use a pallet jack to unload your trailer. You would probably also have several stops on your trailer. I can't remember anybody in here ever talking about them so it'd be nice to hear what you find out as far as pay, benefits, and what the job entails.

Aww... I was just about to ask if you'd be coming out of Providence; That's where their headquarters and main DC is. (I live in RI about 15 miles from there)

Had to cancel my interview because I haven't been able to get routed home. My job hunting has been put on pause till I can get some time off. Hoping in Jan. I'll be able to.
