Don't sweat the physical so much, but do get that BP in check. You don't want that to be the reason you get sent home. I had quite the scare myself with my BP.

So I have been following threads on the forums and listened to hours and hours and hours for videos asked questions and done my research on companies and have decided to take my big leap forward into trucking. I decided to go with Prime Inc. and will take my leave mid January and not only am I excited, but beyond nervous about the DOT physical. I have a very physical job now and work pretty hard for a 375lb guy climbing in and out of bobtail trucks all day lifting and pulling.
I have never had a BP problem but worried I will be over the 140/90 requirements, but not only that worried about my training and being on the top bunk and killing my poor trainer lol I've decided to make a lifestyle diet chart get but know it will take some time to get back to a healthy condition. Anyways thank you all for posting your stories and do's and Don't s hopefully this DOT is just in my head and all turns out great I'll post updates and detailed info for when I start
