Thinking of a career change and roehl is done the street. I don't have CDL license.

Love this site. Very informative.

Several questions remain. 1. When does health benefits kick in. 2. How soon could I start 7/3 7/4? 3. Could I always do 7/3? 4. I see they are pet friendly. Can I bring both ****er spaniels? Or just one?

Thanks.

Edward.

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

Those spaniels may be allowed in a truck, but not in Trucking Truth!

I don't know about Roehl, but generally speaking, companies figure one pet on a truck is enough. But, this is certainly a question for your recruiter.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Edward...Roehl provides this information on their website. Health benefits are 30 days, I believe. They provide specifics on everything you asked above. If 7/3, or 7/4 is available, pet policy, health benefits ( including costs) are listed on their website. Good luck!!

Right, but the website doesn't say pet limit, nor how long till 7/3 7/4. Curious if I could start that way. And it doesn't say if 7/3 is always available.

Thanks.

One pet limit for Roehl, unless it has changed since I was there. A recruiter could definitely answer your questions.
