When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
You would be joining many who are driving through their retirement. Of course I have to plug CFI. They will train you for free. You would then have to drive for them for one year. Another good place to look is our Training Diaries section. There you can get great information on how different companies train. Good luck.
I too will be heading to CFI in the next 11 days. I will be starting school on the 19th of March arriving on the 15th. I am happy with my choice in companies. CFI has a lot to offer to drivers and seems to have the drivers interests in mind.
Welcome Gary, I too got bored after 11 months of retirement. I developed a plan and it all worked out. Gotta do something, otherwise you will decline. A ton of great resources here
