15 minutes is a long time. I have been known to push myself to zero minutes left. You are doing great. Keep up the good work.

Yep I'm with Scott. If I leave 15 minutes or more on my clock, I feel kinda guilty about not getting enough done lol. I Leave myself with single digit numbers on the regular. Pushing the limit is how you separate yourself from the rest out here.

That's a good day for you. Now you see the reward from it as well. Your DM notices too, I assure you.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

I hope all is well. I just have a question, how has the learning curve been for your Hours of Service since solo? I still feel like once I am able to start, that will be one of my biggest issues. Safe Travels....

Learning to pace and schedule yourself helps. Our PeopleNet offers many ways to view your logs. Don't sweat it. Learning the logs/clocks is easier when you're out here doing it.

Managing the use of the 14 clock and my 70 was 'spotty in the beginnning, but the more I am out here, the better I have become in doing so.

Nice little Citgo here in WI on US-151. Cornfields and farms all around it. I'll definitely need to remember it.
