Never heard of them really. Being paid a certain percentage of what the load pays honestly scares me a bit. 23-27% of $100 dollars is not a lot but 23-27% of $1000 dollars is a bit better. They should have no problem with you seeing the invoice of the load you will be hauling and the price its hauled for.
Keep us updated about them. The more you learn the more we will learn. Good luck on your first job. Dont let what I said above scare you. They might end up being the best company for you and that is what matters. Just something to be aware of is all.

Hello this is my first post. I just had an interview at AWL ( A division of TXL ) an everything went well. Took my drug screen and I am suppose to start training on the 5th of January. I'm paid in percentage 23-27% based on the previous month productivity. I guess im wondering if anyone has worked for them and has any insight on things to look out for regarding this company and their operation. I understand every company gets bad review from some one at some point but this being my first trucking job 2 weeks out of trucking school I need to get as much info as possible. Kinda feel like I just turned 21 again and just entered my first bar when it comes to this industry. Any thought?
