What's going on guys. My name is Jay-3. I been on this page for a while, but finally this year I'm finally finishing up trucking school and graduating. I'm 25 years old, and I'm excited but also nervous. It’s a career I been wanting to enter since I was 21, but mentally I was still native and I wasn’t prepared to make the transition. 4 Years later I’m back and ready to do something great with myself. I’m open-minded and I’m friendly I take criticism well and I apply everything I learn. I just want to hear from some of you guys young and old and just want to know what should I look forward to in my first year driving. I will always appreciate what you tell me and keep it to my mind and soul.

Welcome to TT. Using the tools available on this site is one of the best ways you can get prepared, get to, and get through driver training. I'm personally one exam away from my CDL and I owe the tools and community here for most of it.

You can find everything you need right here. From great advice to complete research articles on literally dozens of schools and trucking companies. And the people here are some of the best in the business.

Welcome to the forum and welcome back to a great career path!

In your first year you will keep learning. You will vastly improve your backing and your confidence. If you prove yourself, you will also make a good bit of money. You will work 7 days a week. You will see this beautiful country. You will get frustrated. You will get into and out of jams. At the end of that first year you will have accomplished something great and helped Americans get the things they need and want to buy. Good luck.
