As of May 25th, I hit the one year mark with CFI. I have over 120,000 safe miles. It has been a great ride. The only states beside Alaska and Hawaii, I have not been to yet are, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. This is a beautiful country. I feel that I have proven myself reliable and that I have a good relationship with my FM. I seem to get almost everything I want. Sometimes without asking. I love CFI and trucking. I pull dry van and this is the easiest job I have ever had.

A very special thanks to Brett for creating this site. It was a great tool to help prepare me for the realities of trucking.

Stay safe.

Scott

Dry Van:

Thank you everyone. There have been many ups and downs. Thankfully more ups. I am blessed to have an awesome wife who supports me, a great company in CFI and a great FM. Every FM I have dealt with has been great. As much as I love CFI, I have a friend who told me yesterday, that in his 40 plus years of driving, CFI is the first company that he feels truly cares about the drivers. I feel CFI is a great company to start your driving career with.
