Fibroids And Reflux

Hello. This topic is for ladies only. I'm just wondering, please, if anyone has had fibroids removed and discovered that their reflux symptoms are gone? I know that reflux sometimes occurs during pregnancy partially due to hormones and also because of the uterus pushing on the stomach. I have large fibroids and a large uterus. I need to have the fibroids removed. I'm just wondering if someone has had this experience and can offer me hope in that regard. Thank you.

Don't know about the reflux, but large fibroid is why my mom had a hysterectomy many years ago.

Fortunately I've never had either problem but with my background in healthcare, I'd say it would certainly be possible.

If you're having a lot of problems with reflux, in the time being, it might be helpful to eat smaller meals, but more often, to keep from getting overly full.
