I drove a bobtail for two days (total of less than 2 hours) and today went out with a trailer. I grade myself 85. It was very easy. The turns are the most challenging for me but I hit 85% of those right on. Very excited. Now, if I could just get this driving backwards done...spent several hours doing lane change backing. It's not easy and the equipment makes it harder. To be fair, I've put a hurting, big time, on the 3 trucks I drove on the range today.
I just have to keep trying. Funny thing is, all the struggling to find the sweet spot on this clutch, the center for this truck (one swung from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock in about 90 minutes) and you gotta turn faster on that one...blah, blah, blah.
