I have to admit something. When I first found this site site and it was way before I actually joined it it i started to follow a few people who are in training. I ended up really focused one two people.

One who I had wanted to use as an example and the other I was rooting for to overcome his hurdals. The first one had seemed to have been breezing through his training. He was even highlighting his class mates who did not have the "right addatude". However, when it got tough for him during his company's team training drive period he ended up quitting when it got tough for him. I should have been using the other guy....which is you as my example to follow. The example of not giving up and keep trying. Its easy to stay the course when you don't run into anything difficult, but the real test is when it gets hard or uncomfortable. So by this measure I feel that while your journey was an uphill fight, you passed the test with flying colors. You are the example that I need to follow and I am looking forward to see what is in store for you. Keep safe out there.

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
