Well all I made it to Lewiston Idaho to start the Swift Training Academy.dancing.gif Classes start on Monday but I plan on using the weekend to scout out the facility and talk to drivers. I also plan on trying to keep a detailed log of my training which I of course will put here on TT.

Thank you Brett and everyone that took the time to answer all my questions and point me along the proper path with the knowledge I needed to make the informed decisions that will benefit me for the rest of my life.thank-you-2.gifthank-you-2.gifthank-you-2.gif

I'm on my second week. I swear I'm addicted already. Once I got that truck on the road I was hooked. We were off for a week for the holidays and all I wanted to do was be back in school and behind that wheel.

Hey Daniel - glad you made it! Let the games begin!!! And we would love for you to document your time in training. You know it's incredibly helpful to those coming into the industry behind you so that's cool you're willing to do that.

Six - glad to hear things are going well for you too!! Learning to drive a rig is an awesome adventure. Stressful, challenging, and bewildering at times, but still super cool!

Both of you guys stay in touch and keep us updated!

Good luck! Just remember when you get behind the wheel to take your time, ask questions, and ask questions! And when you get tired of asking questions, ask some more questions! Looking forward to hearing your adventures.

Where are you training?

Trainco in Perrysburg, Ohio. They list it in Toledo but it's actually in Perrysburg on Oregon road.
