Kraig, does your B450-XT still have the foam piece on the microphone, or are there any tears or holes in the foam? If the foam is damaged or missing, the ambient sound may be leaking into the audio stream affecting the quality... I know that on my 350, even a slight amount of damage to the foam piece really kills the audio quality.
Other thought may be see if the Dragon allows some type of sensitivity adjustment on the input side?
Good luck!
Thank you for your reply. I don't believe there's any tear in the phone. I have looked for a setting control in the Dragon software and didn't find one.

I have a Blue Parrott B450-XT. It works great for phone calls and is okay for listening to media, but it doesn't hear anything when I try to use it with Dragon Everywhere, a speech to text app. Apparently, the sound of the engine is too much. Is there any type of headset that works better or any way I can get my Blue Parrott to work better? Thanks.
