I just got my first double pre-assignment, pretty excited. I'll be picking up in fort Worth Texas and delivering to Clarksville Arkansas, then from there I will pickup from Conway Arkansas deliver to Opelousas, Louisiana.

They must have heard me talk to my wife about liking the Walmart distribution centers, since I've had a lot of them lately. rofl-1.gif

This will be done over today and tomorrow, but pretty excited they trust me enough to give me double pre-assignments.

That's a great sign Jamie. That's how they treat drivers who they know can be trusted. It's also one of the ways you can start turning more miles, and therefore earning more money. Hang in there and keep up the great work you're doing. It's starting to pay off.

Well if you have time, on 190 in Opelousas there’s a good little restaurant at Kings Truck Stop

Yeah it seemed like a good sign, I would assume they wouldn't give me two pre-assignments if they didn't think I couldn't do it. So I'm going to push hard and make sure I get both done within the appointment times, of course hopefully nothing delays me to much.

I'll be taking my 10 hour break after my second drop off, so I'll check it out! Thanks for the suggestion.

Well I actually got to deliver my first load early as my appointment wasn't until tomorrow. So I found a Flying J about 45 miles from my next work assignment. So far everything is going as planned. Taking my 10 hour break currently.

That's the way to do it. Always st yourself up for the next run, stop, etc.

Well I got the second one done and found parking for my 34 hour reset. Been running off recaps for a bit.
