Try it for yourself and see :-)

It will be impossible to pull ANY kingpin if it has tension on it, regardless of the brand.

I'll keep that tip in mind when I get on the road myself. Thank you!

I was a Swiftie and this happened to me twice lol Had a great mentor who made sure I checked over the truck each time we got back in it.

Did ya tick somebody off, and this was their attempt at revenge?

I doubt that is the case. Unfortunately there are a few nutcases out here who will pull this kind of nonsense just because of the company name on the truck. Every Swift driver knows what I'm talking about.

It's outrageous, but a reality that has to be dealt with.

TWIC:

Transportation Worker Identification Credential

Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.

Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

I checked my 5th wheel after walking a bit during my 30, and had to laugh when I saw this; guess I won’t have to worry about anyone monkeying around with my release handle tonight!
