I got a faliure to obay traffic control devices in a CMV because I did not clear an intersection before the light turned red. I got pulled over and the cop told me if I fight the ticket it will get reduced. I fought the ticket and it got reduced to a non moving "unsafe vehicle violation" and / or "defective equipment violation"
Will a company hire me with that on my record? I have 1 preventable accedent and this ticket (Over the last 3 years OTR)
