Lol good one. I need brisket and pork shoulder year round. I could buy a more expensive smoker, or have one built, but I just know this one so good now. I know the hot spots, how it reacts to wind and cold, and how great my meat turns out!
I thought for sure I was going to see a flatbedder driving down the road with a smoker mounted on the back smoking a brisket while he drove.

Nope but I have thought about getting a smoker on a trailer!
Don't give him any ideas lol. I could certainly see some with a smoker strapped to their catwalk.
It's not a smoker, but I do love this little grill, and use it often on the ol flatbed deck. It folds up and stows away double-bagged. In fact I've enjoyed many a great meal "on deck".
