Considering Cascadia vs T680. I know there are many different preferences and options when it comes to engine, transmission, gear ratio etc. However, can some someone give me a recommendation between the ISX Cummins and DD15 for this specific year model?

Both are good engines.

Personal preference, I'd rather have the Cummins, which is what I have now. Previously drove FSers with the DD15 - also a fine engine. I'd prefer either over a Paccar product, which is in many KWs, but if the T680 you're looking at has the ISX, that is a fine engine.

Starting in mid-2017, the ISX has been replaced by the X15.

I personally love my cummins. I guess its like anyyhing else, personal preference. I’ve driven both and both get the job done. Stay away from paccar, real expensive go work on and most shops won’t mess with them.
