If I'm sleepy, I stop for a nap. If really beat, let dispatch know you need a break. I don't eat the garbage that is sold as "food", and don't snack much while driving. Meat, eggs, fish, nuts, seeds, veggies, water, coffee, tea. Limited dairy, nothing fried, no grains (other than rice), no cereal, no alcohol, light on anything with any ingredients, and a low carbs intake. That's not all I eat, but is the list I try to adhere to. I read food labels and have become frightened more and more.

Sounds like my regimen. I never ingest anything that has spent hours rolling on the wheel of death.

I’ll admit to being overweight, but I still can’t imagine eating anything from those rollers.

I was talking with a driver friend of mine about battling fatigue and weight gain. I used to drive so I felt his pain but I wanted to ask what you fine folks do to combat this?
