I can totally sympathize with you. I have an 8ft drop lumber tarpcicle on my load right now. It'll be real fun trying to fold it up in a bit.
The best part is when the 8ft tarp freezes over night and you've gotta basically peel the thing off the load.

Exactly, this one kept its shape as I peeled this one off. I gradually settled into a semi flat Pringles resembling mass.

In a sort of response to Old Schools "cold" thread, I thought I would show my subzero tarp fold. You can see the other 2 tarps, as a good reference. Getting that thing back on the trailer was, actually, kinda fun, in a challenging way, with a few expletives thrown in. It was -22 before windchill when this occurred. I am just glad it was 1 tarp, and not all 3.
Note: the other 2 tarps were not folded by me. This was a swap load. So they were folded by the other driver.
