Got a call from my ops manager, due to wind and ice all runs to indy where canceled tonight. Sucks losing another days pay, I could use a PTO day but I am almost out and have to go until my anniversary in September before I get more.

However I would rather be at home than in a ditch and potentially jobless.

Be safe out there!

Good call. I 65 currently shutdown all lanes. Sounds like a jackknifed XPO and a few vehicles involved gonna be here awhile.

Still is multiple semi's down. The first few near marker 244. One almost completely upside down other so far into the field they werent even tending to that one. Now another few at marker at 233 involving a tanker and the other supposedly has fuel spewing everywhere. Good times.

Sounds like a mess, glad they had me stay home.

a few weeks ago there was a FedEx van through the ditch and half way into a farm field on a nice day.

Yep laying in hospital now with fractured A1 Vertebra on spine. I wasn't driving but in sleeper. Woke up to E Ride from Hell.

Looking at being out for quite awhile.

Yeah it's a mess. Drivers were getting off at 240 which I think is route 231 to go around and now reports on the cb of an accident on that route. That scale was overflowing with trucks pulling off.
