I always see negative negative but u never see positive half the time wont see positive cause they out making money. So I just wanna hear from ppl who either had experience or maybe still with the company. Would love for hear encouraging words.

Hi JaMere,

Speaking on being out making money, Old School is a top performer here and may chime in once he gets a breather. From many of his previous posts, he was very successful and enjoyed his time there. Search his name out up above and you can read up on several other folks asking about western express and his replies.

I decided to give western Express a try.

Hello Jamere!

I got my foot in the door of this career when Western Express gave me a shot at proving myself to them. To be honest that's how you have to approach getting started in this career. You're not "giving them a try" - they are giving you a try. These large trucking companies really know what they're doing. Don't let the lousy internet reviews fool you.

We all are given a chance to shine when they invite us to orientation. They give us the opportunity to show we can perform at the highest levels in a job that requires heroic efforts. Very few people who make that attempt are prepared for what lies ahead. Brett often says it's an extraordinary job for extraordinary people, and that right there is some "real talk."

I did well at Western Express, and they've got plenty of other drivers doing well also. Always remember that this is a performance based business. It's a lot like sports. The people who work hard and demonstrate the peculiar talents that set them apart from the others on the field are the ones who go on to be successful.

Focus on how to improve your results. Don't worry about stuff you don't really understand about how they run the company. You're responsible for how you run your truck. The results you get are your own measure of how you are doing. As long as you keep improving, they will keep you moving. That's how the game is played. Good luck my friend, and jump in here if you're struggling. We will be glad to help ya!

Don't forget to read this. It will help you understand the basics for how to improve your results.
