Hazmat doesn't crossover, will have to take again.
Hello, long time lurker first time poster here...appreciate the info on this forum.
Quick question I couldn't find by searching - I have my CT CDL class A permit with extra endorsements such as hazmat and tanker. If I go to an out of state mega school, will my CDL issued in that state carry over my current endorsements? Or must I add them again?
Thanks in advance

If you took and passed your endorsements for your permit everything should follow. If you go to a Paid CDL Training Programs and they make you transfer everything to another state it may or may not transfer. However, you will eventually have to transfer everything back to your home state. Therefore, I highly recommend checking with your home state DMV first. With CFI you test in the state you train but go home to pick up your CDL. I'm in Virginia now and working with my FM to get us to Texas, so my student can get his CDL before upgrading.

But tanker does transfer?
