Had this happen to me last week only it was the valve. Took it too the service bay and the mechanic took a look, smacked it with a hammer and said "she should be good"!! Haha luckily he is a reasonable guy and after telling him I scaled at 79,9 and was going back to Chicago he swapped it out for me on the spot. Barely took an hour.

Since we gave had some posts on brakes today was my turn, I hooked my rear trailer and put the air to it and heard more air than usual but thought it was just traveling to the rear trailer as I heard the brakes release so I continued my walk around.
Unfortunately the sound of air escaping never went away, I made my way to the back and checked the easiest cause which is the valve not being closed but not luck.
Since that wasnt the problem I drove over to the shop after having to wait to build up air since I had lost so much, they found a leaking brake chamber. When i went to move it from the drive through bay to a service bay, I had lost so much air the brakes on the rear trailer wouldnt release so again i had to wait to build air.
Had I just ignored the leak no way I would have made it home as the air compressor was struggling to keep up in the yard.
