Saw these on the pavement in the grocery dock area of the Beloit, WI, Walmart. Haven’t seen them at any of the other 50+ Walmarts I’ve been to. Someone must have forgot…

Encountered this (plus the seven mile backup) earlier on I-70 westbound in Indiana. 45 minutes burned off the Drive line for this load that will never reach it's receiver. The truck was already towed when I drove past. It is never good when your trailer is unloaded via an excavator.

I got some more photos and video to post from yesterday but it will take a while for the videos to upload.

DAC:

Drive-A-Check Report

A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).

It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.

Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.

Sunrises, sunsets, pretty flowers, snow on the mountains, wildlife, and butterflies.....

Happy thoughts, Vicki! Your training will seem longish but it's worth it to get your very own truck.

This was just the other day, I was 0.8 miles from my customer, i had no way to turn around and the police wouldn’t let me go around on the left. It ended up causing me to be 25 minutes late, since time was already tight. But I would’ve made on time delivery.

Very small world Jamie. How small? You are in Alsip. On 115th street. See the bar there on the left? 5 minutes down that street is my house. I’m surprised Alsip pd didn’t work with you more. Guessing you made a uturn went back to Cicero and made a left to 111th back to Central? Where were you heading?
