Welcome. Oh yeah, sorry... Thanks G-Town!
Too late for the Sushi, but if you ever get to Green Bay... Sushi Lover's (downtown) is $18.99. You order off the menu. Anything / everything (drinks and wasted food cost extra). Salads, entrees, desserts... even dieting I "did OK". Pretty sure some friends and relatives have put a few AYCE Sushi joints out of business!
Apps / inquiries out to about 10 companies. Pretty sure something will pop soon. Otherwise it's back to handyman work and square one training.

(Didn't mean to exclude myself in that one. Clearly I played a role!)

So I did follow the advice of Brett, OS and Anne. Applied in a minute or less to several paid CDL schools.
Of course, what generally comes next is the companies which look to be a fit ask for an application to be completed (link enclosed in TT e-mail).
Switch to Ten Street app and a few of the "leads" sent to the companies show up in my home page. I can then click on "Apply", answer a handful (or two) of questions (each company a little different) and send my full DOT application with about 95% of the required information already there. The multiple signatures and acknowledgements take about as long as adding the few items (emergency contacts, alcohol and other drug d.q. questions, etc.). Whole thing is about 10 minutes per company. (It would take me longer than that to do just jobs and addresses otherwise!).
It's not really an "either / or". They actually both have value!
