Hey Donna. There is no way to download all of them in a neat way. You can of course download the individual pictures and print them out or print them when they're on the screen. But I didn't build in a way to print them out all at one time.
The security warnings you're getting about downloading files is simply to let you know that it's possible for malicious people to cause harm to your computer if you download untrusted materials. They could implant viruses or other harmful bits of software in certain types of files. But I can assure you I haven't planted any viruses in our training materials and you can safely download anything you like.
Ok, for anyone interested I went ahead and created a page where you can print out the images from the pre-trip inspection flash cards. I have both sets of images - those with labels and those without:

A pre-trip inspection is a thorough inspection of the truck completed before driving for the first time each day.
Federal and state laws require that drivers inspect their vehicles. Federal and state inspectors also may inspect your vehicles. If they judge a vehicle to be unsafe, they will put it “out of service” until it is repaired.
HOS:
Hours Of Service
HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Pre-Trip Inspection Study Guide - Flash Cards
I was hoping to download and print the flash cards. The site is useful but does not fit in my pocket book and I do not have a lap top or fancy mobile phone. The other downloads for pre-trip flash cards all seem to come with a security warning from microsoft which makes it not a good idea to access.
Does anyone know of a place to purchase or is there a link on Truckers Truth to download and print the flashcards that I am missing?
