After many many many hours of surfing the net, watching countless You Tube videos, asking questions to drivers that are complete strangers I've made a decision to do what I wanted to do since I was a little girl hiding in my dads sleeper waiting to hear him say "OK, we're through the gates you can come out now" Loved every second on those trips with my dad. Fast forward to hauling horses all over the US in a pretend semi a/k/a Chevy Kodiak and then having to go to a desk job for a wee bit while taking care of my mom after being diagnosed with Alzheimer it is now time to "Just Do It". Certainly hope it's not going to be like those movies that everyone says you must see and when you finally do you're so disappointed because the expectations were high. So much for the rambling. Just wanted to pop in and say how much this forum has educated me towards my decision and I appreciate having a place like this that is positive and informative. I have to be in Joplin, MO November 14th and the education begins the 18th. Going with an open mind and eager to get on the road........

Hey great news...I'll be going there on the 16th... Learn all you can and don't get discouraged if you don't get things right away. Good luck

So great to hear. You can find the CFI YouTube channel and get some up to date company info. Your recruiter will help you through your training. It is always best to contact them through email. I am happy to help any way I can. I love CFI and felt like family while there. Best of luck.

You made a wise decision going with CFI. Terrific company and excellent training and instructors at Crowder. Although I left CFI after a brief time there, I can never recommend them enough.
