After 1 Year With A SAP Evaluation Are You Hirable At Other Companies,, Driving Now But Was Wondering

I was taking CBD oil I bought from Amazon, the company is now under investigation because of false labeling. SAP took 2 days that included the follow up. After 17 years as a dedicated line driver they had no choice but to let me go, as my company had a drug related death. I don't blame them. Even do, I'm driving as team driver for another company. Wondering what my chances would be to find another company with better home time. I hear you have to wait a year before anyone will touch you.
