Gary & I got our first team.pay check tonight. We were #1 in mpg this week at 10.4 mpg which gave a nice bonus.

**** Full disclosure: I received $500 referral bonus, and $300 more than him due to my experience level.

Therefore I grossed $2300 (without the bonues) and he did roughly $2000. Thie is about $700 per week more than I would have done solo for the same amount of miles (half of the team miles).

The red is the gross plus perdiem::

$2525 + $291 =

Total Gross::: $2816

we did so well, we are being considered for a desired dedicated route.

whoooo hoooo!!!!

Dedicated Route:

A driver or carrier who transports cargo between regular, prescribed routes. Normally it means a driver will be dedicated to working for one particular customer like Walmart or Home Depot and they will only haul freight for that customer. You'll often hear drivers say something like, "I'm on the Walmart dedicated account."

Great numbers and congratulations on the consideration for the dedicated route.

10.8 MPG. How many sailboat fuel loads did you have?

Did they already pay you for me?

That's awesome, Kearsey! Company team driving at Prime can be lucrative.

Did they already pay you for me?

She won't see any bonus from you until you pull your first load.

10.4 MPG!? Wow, best I can average is a solid 7.6. Only time I ever see 10 is when I bobtail home. Life of a tanker with a lumbering mule aka Pete 579.

Bobtail:

"Bobtailing" means you are driving a tractor without a trailer attached.
